The Sonoma Valley Education Foundation welcomed more than 600 guests, all there in support of Sonoma Valley Public Schools and their students, to the Red & White Ball in the Sonoma Plaza on August 18. ED Laura Zimmerman invited attendees, including Jeanette and Whitney Evans, Tery and Dan Parks, Judy and Les Vadasz, to enjoy dinner prepared by Grapevine Catering’s Chef Chris Ledwick and the music of The Cork Pullers. A short and sweet live auction featured Bachelor Ben Flajnik who, along with business partners Danny Fay and Mike Benziger, donated two cases of personally signed bottles of Envolve wine, enticing donors to offer generous support of academic excellence in Sonoma Valley. The Dave Martin House Party Band rocked the night away for a wild night of dancing and celebration.
The ball once again was an experience not to be missed. So mark your calendars for August of 2013!
